The WING COMPACT is a compact member of the WING console family. It offers 48 input channels and a 13-fader surface with motorized 100 mm faders split into two sections that can be configured separately. A swivel touch display runs the WING workflow, and the console carries 24 Midas PRO mic preamps and 8 Midas PRO outputs.
Mixing resources include 4 main, 8 matrix and 16 aux stereo buses with dual inserts, an 8-band parametric EQ, stereo imaging and full dynamics. Each stereo channel has 5 plug-in slots that model vintage analogue compressors and EQs, and the effects rack includes TC Electronic M3000, Lexicon, Quantec and EMT emulations. A dual-SD-card recorder/player handles 64-track multitrack recording with song markers.
For networking, three AES50 ports using Klark Teknik SuperMAC give up to 144 inputs and outputs. StageCONNECT provides 32-channel low-latency I/O, and an optional WAVES SoundGrid or Dante/AES67 expansion adds 64 x 64 audio over Ethernet. A 48 x 48 USB 2.0 audio interface supports DAW remote control (HUI / Mackie Control). AES/EBU, MIDI and GPIO connections are fitted, and rack-mount brackets are included.
