Shipping and pickup
Version 2026-10-02. In force from 2026-10-02.
In short
- When the seller is in Lithuania, parcels travel with DPD: to parcel lockers or by courier to the door. The buyer pays for shipping.
- In Lithuania the seller creates the shipping label on Market. Sellers in other countries ship themselves, by courier to the door.
- You can also pick up in person: the buyer shows a 6-digit code and the seller enters it.
1. Sizes (when the seller is in Lithuania)
| Size | Weight | How it travels |
|---|---|---|
| S | up to 2 kg | parcel locker (compartment 61 × 43 × 8 cm) or courier — depending on the country |
| M | up to 10 kg | parcel locker (compartment 61 × 43 × 17 cm) or courier — depending on the country |
| L | up to 31.5 kg | courier to the door only |
The seller picks the size in the listing. When the seller is in Lithuania, S and M to Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia go to a parcel locker only. Elsewhere, where the table shows a locker you can also choose a courier; where it does not, courier only. Sellers in other countries ship themselves (section 4).
2. Prices
Prices include VAT. The buyer pays them; they are shown before you pay.
| Countries | S | M | L | To a locker | On the way |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia | €3.99 | €6.99 | €14.99 | S, M | 1–2 days |
| Poland, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany | €9.99 | €14.99 | €24.99 | S, M | 2–4 days |
| Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein | €12.99 | €19.99 | €34.99 | — | 3–6 days |
The seller chooses where they ship: only within their own country, to the Baltic countries, or across Europe.
3. When the seller is in Lithuania
- The seller creates the label on the order page; the parcel is registered in Soundium's DPD account.
- The seller takes the parcel to a DPD parcel locker or pickup point, or hands it to a courier.
- For an L-size parcel the seller enters the weight; Soundium helps arrange the courier pickup.
4. When the seller is in another country
- Soundium's DPD account only ships from Lithuania, so the seller ships themselves with their own carrier, by courier to the door.
- The seller sets the shipping price (up to €100); it is shown before you pay and paid out to the seller together with the item price.
- The seller enters the tracking number in the order. The parcel usually takes 2–7 days.
5. Time limits
- The seller ships within 5 days of payment. Once 6 days have passed since payment, an unshipped order is cancelled; in the last 6 hours it can no longer be shipped.
- If Soundium is checking the buyer's payment, the seller sees on the order page that the order is being checked and doesn't ship yet. After the decision, the seller ships within 5 days, but no later than 5 days 18 hours after payment. If it can no longer be shipped in time, the order is cancelled and the buyer gets the money back.
- The buyer's name, phone and address are shown to the seller only after payment.
- After payment, the delivery method can be changed as long as the label hasn't been created: one side sends a request, and the other accepts or declines it within 24 hours. If the new method costs more, the buyer pays the new amount within 24 hours.
6. In-person pickup
- The buyer and seller agree a place and time in the chat.
- When you meet, the buyer checks the item and shows the 6-digit code from their order.
- The seller enters the code — then the money is taken. The code can be entered incorrectly no more than 5 times; after that the handover can no longer be done with the code, and the seller has to write to Soundium.
- The buyer has 48 hours to report a problem, after which the money is paid to the seller.
Only show the code once the item is in your hands and you've checked it.
7. If a parcel is lost or damaged
The buyer taps “There’s a problem” in the order — the money is held until Soundium looks into it. See Disputes and returns.
