Analog attack equalizer pedal for guitar and bass that combines a low-pass filter, a high-pass filter and a dry signal, each with its own level knob. It suits players who want to reshape pickup character or tighten tone after distortion. Discontinued in 2021.

The Knockout is a mono analog pedal built around three parallel signal paths: a low-pass filter for bass frequencies, a high-pass filter for treble frequencies, and the unprocessed dry signal. Each path has its own volume knob, so the tone is shaped by mixing the three levels. The filter curves were chosen for musical use, and the filters can be used alone to emphasise one frequency area or together for a more focused result.
Typical uses include making a humbucker guitar sound closer to a single-coil, adding sparkle or twang to single-coil pickups, placing it after a distortion pedal to add weight, and shaping bass tone. A footswitch toggles between effect and bypass, with an LED that lights when the effect is on. Bypass is true bypass, and the enclosure is a compact die-cast chassis.
Connections are a 1/4" input jack and a 1/4" output jack. Power comes from an included 9V battery, or from an optional 9.6VDC 200mA adapter that is sold separately. The pedal was released in 2008 and discontinued in 2021.
