SuperTrax
SuperTrax is an omnidirectional super tweeter that sits on top of a speaker and extends its high-frequency response to 60kHz. It is for hi-fi owners who want to add more air and spatial detail to an existing pair of loudspeakers.

SuperTrax is a add-on super tweeter sold as a pair. It uses a 25mm (1") Thin Ply Carbon Diaphragm unit with a neodymium magnet system and is designed to be time-aligned with the main speaker. The maker describes it as adding energy above the usual range of hearing, so that reflected sound in the room matches the direct sound, in the same way a subwoofer supports the low end.
The unit works with a 3rd order high-pass crossover at 16kHz, which is cryogenically treated. Its frequency response is 16kHz to 60kHz (-6dB typical in room), and the level can be adjusted by +/- 3dB from the nominal setting. It suits loudspeakers up to 98dB sensitivity and amplifiers up to 400W RMS, with a nominal impedance of 8 Ohm.
It is offered in Walnut, to match the Vintage Series, or in Piano Gloss Black. Adjustable feet come with the High Gloss Black version and are an optional extra on the Vintage version, useful for levelling the unit on speakers with a sloping top, such as the F700 Series.
