The C 275BEE is a two-channel power amplifier built around a Holmgren toroidal power transformer and all-discrete circuitry. It delivers 150W per channel continuously into 4 and 8 ohms with both channels driven, and over 330W into 8 ohms when bridged to mono. Dynamic power is rated at 250W, 410W and 600W into 8, 4 and 2 ohms.
The design uses Class A voltage stages, a distortion-canceling circuit, the BEE anti-saturation clamp and a PowerDrive circuit, with a short signal path from input to output. Soft Clipping is included, and all sockets are gold-plated. Rated THD is below 0.008% from 20Hz to 20kHz, and signal-to-noise ratio is above 102dB (A-weighted).
On the connectivity side there is a fixed input and a variable input, speaker outputs, and a 12 volt trigger / signal-sensing input for ATOLogic automatic switching. Power comes through a detachable IEC cable, and standby draw is under 1W.
