Brig is a stereo delay pedal built on a digital engine that emulates bucket brigade device (BBD) delay circuits. It offers three voices: a 3205 voice with gritty repeats from 30 to 300 ms, a 3005 voice modelled on a dual-chip circuit with 100 ms to 1 sec of delay, and a Multi voice using two cross-coupled clean delay lines. Each voice has its own modulation, feedback behaviour and filter response, and the filter also sets noise level and bucket loss.
Controls are Filter, Mod, Time, Mix, Repeats and a Voice switch. Tap tempo is entered by holding the footswitch for one second, and the Time knob then sets the tap division (triplet, eighth, dotted eighth or quarter note). Tapped tempo changes without pitch shifts, clicks or mutes. Bypass can be relay-switched true bypass (default) or buffered bypass.
The pedal has a single TRS input and a single TRS output. A rear Input switch selects mono-to-mono, mono-to-stereo or stereo-to-stereo routing. The EXP/MIDI jack accepts an expression pedal, switch or TRS MIDI, and a USB-C port handles MIDI from a computer and firmware updates. 300 presets can be stored and recalled over MIDI.
