CG-1000
The CG-1000 is a 1U rack-mount master clock generator with a temperature-controlled OCXO internal oscillator, aimed at recording studios, sound engineers and musicians. It distributes word clock, AES3/AES11 and S/PDIF reference signals to other digital audio gear. It has been discontinued.

The CG-1000 generates a stable reference clock for digital audio systems. Its internal oscillator is an oven-controlled crystal type (OCXO) with a factory accuracy of ±0.01 ppm, and a jitter management circuit and a glitch-free relocking circuit are included to keep the clock steady and avoid noise or skipping when a source drops out and returns. A self-calibration function works with an external Atomic or GPS 10 MHz oscillator that outputs PPS.
The unit can lock to word clock, AES3/AES11, or a 10 MHz external reference. It provides 12 word clock outputs (up to 192 kHz, with adjustable output level), two AES3/AES11 XLR outputs and two S/PDIF RCA outputs. It also includes an input analyzer that measures incoming frequencies.
Operation is through a 128x64-pixel organic EL display. Up to four system settings can be stored to buttons and imported or exported over USB, and firmware is updated through the same port. A panel-lock switch guards against accidental changes. Connectors are Amphenol nut-coupling BNC types, each on its own circuit board.
