Momentary line selector pedal that switches a guitar signal between an external effects loop and the dry signal only while the footswitch is held, or mutes the signal in Kill mode. Aimed at players who want rhythmic bursts of effects or stutter cuts.

The Chill Switch is an analog, mono utility pedal built around a footswitch with a momentary action. In line selector mode it routes the instrument between the dry path and an external effects loop, so a delay, distortion or ring modulator can be brought in for a short burst and dropped out again. Tapping it in time with the playing lets effects enter and leave the signal path rhythmically, which suits a delay with tap tempo.
In Kill mode the pedal works as a mute switch for when no effects loop is connected. Switching the signal on and off abruptly produces stutter and hard rhythmic cuts. A switchable control sets the on/off state of the footswitch, and switching is silent. The bypass is buffered.
The pedal has a quarter-inch input and output, plus FX loop send and return jacks, and Engage and Send controls. It runs on a 9V battery that is included, or on an optional 9.6VDC-200mA adapter that is sold separately. Production ended in 2021.
