The SR-MV7000 is a studio condenser microphone built around a tri-capsule, large-diaphragm design. Four polar patterns can be selected: cardioid, omnidirectional, bi-directional (figure-8) and stereo, which lets the same microphone cover solo voice, interviews and wider room capture.
Controls sit on the front of the microphone: a 4-position gain control, a 150 Hz low-cut filter and a mute button. A 3.5 mm headphone output with its own volume control provides latency-free real-time monitoring.
It connects over USB or through dual XLR outputs. USB suits computers and Android devices, while XLR feeds professional microphone preamps, audio interfaces, mixers and vocal processors. The microphone has an integrated desktop stand and ships with a pop filter. The stand can be removed so the microphone can go on a boom arm or other microphone stand.
