V7 SWITCH
The V7 SWITCH is a handheld supercardioid dynamic microphone with a lockable on/off switch, based on the V7 vocal mic. It is aimed at talkback, live vocals, rehearsal and stage instruments where high gain before feedback is needed.

The V7 SWITCH is a dynamic microphone with a supercardioid pattern, built around the DMC7 capsule and an aluminum voice coil. The narrow pickup pattern is intended to isolate the voice from other stage sources, allowing more gain before feedback. Neodymium magnets are used in the capsule.
A recessed on/off switch can be locked so the microphone is not muted by accident during a performance. It uses a reed element for silent, click-free operation, with vacuumized contacts. The capsule sits in an integrated shockmount to reduce handling noise. The housing is all metal (zinc alloy) with a spring steel mesh grille, and a beveled edge around the grille helps keep the mic from rolling when set down.
The microphone connects through a gold-plated 3-pin male XLR connector. A mic clip, thread adapter and a spare black internal windscreen are supplied, and replacement V7 grilles are available separately.
